2025 Update on our college and High School pitchers We our proud to say, we have helped over 130 pitching students go to the next level (College) softball... All of these students were taking pitching Lessons from Jimmy when she signed her National Letter of intent. This season (2025) We have 19 college pitchers and 27 high school pitchers competing. Stars of the Week Nominations: Beginner Division Molly Flud (10yr) Mustangs TCGF had 7 strikeouts in 2.5 innings. Molly says she is practicing a lot and working on her form and she “loves” pitching! Braelyn Young (11yr) Vibe 12U. She pitched a complete game (4 innings) 43 strikes averaging 4 pitches per batter! She had the biggest smile when she told me at lessons! Let me know if I missed anyone. Parents please texted me or email me if you want your daughter to have a shoutout. She has worked hard and a little words of encouragement can go along ways! Here is a brief update: Our College pitchers who pitched last week up until 4-10-25 Trisha (Fullerton) 10 wins with 109 innings pitched and was named Big West Pitcher of the Week Taylor (Dominican) 14 wins with 109 innings pitched and was named Pac West Pitcher of the Week for the 3rd time this season. Randi (Georgia) 8 wins, getting the save against #20 Alabama with 95 innings pitched this season in the brutal SEC Conference. Peja (U of Tennessee-Chattanooga) 14 wins, named #5 Pitcher of the Month by 64 Analytics NCAA D1. Nijare Canady and Reagan Kavan were ahead of her, she is great company. Peja was also named Tennessee Writers Pitcher of the Week for the 3rd time. Lilly (Dominguez Hills) 13 wins with 72 innings pitched Nayellys (Dominican) 4 wins with 70 innings pitched with 42 Strikeouts Kharime (SF State) 2 wins with 37 innings pitched Brooklyn (MJC) has 17 wins with 154 Strikeouts Here is an update on a few of our Varsity High School pitchers: last week and up to 4-10-25 Kamryn (So) Calaveras H.S. had 13 strikeouts against Riverbank and is ranked number 15 in the section with only 6 games pitched. Peja (U of Tennessee-Chattanooga) 13 wins, Peja has 4 one hitters, 5 shutouts and 12 complete games with 98 innings pitched. Trisha (Fullerton) 8 wins with 98 innings pitched Lilly (Dominguez Hills) 13 wins with 72 innings pitched Taylor (Dominican) 11 wins with 86 innings pitched. Evelyn Reyes (11yr) Liberty 12U pitched 4innings with 7 Strikeouts getting the win Hadlee Mulgrew (11yr) Black Widows MGSL 12U pitched a personal best 43 MPH strike and came back with a 34 MPH Otto for a strike Let me know if I missed anyone. This is from our March 27th 2025 News Letter Here is a brief update: Our College pitchers who pitched last week: A fun fact: #3 LSU has a record of 29-2 as of this writing. The two losses were to our Pitchers. Randi (Georgia) Trisha (Fullerton) Randi started lessons with me at 9 and Trisha at 12. They trusted the process. Randi (Georgia) 8 wins, Randi battled #3 LSU winning one and losing one and pitched against #17 Oklahoma State Wednesday and getting the win. Peja (U of Tennessee-Chattanooga) 12 wins, Peja has 4 one hitters, 5 shutouts and 11 complete games. Trisha (Fullerton) 8 wins, beating Cal Poly San Luis Obispo twice last weekend Lilly (Dominguez Hills) 11 wins with 55 innings pitched Taylor (Dominican) 10 wins and names Pac West Pitcher of the Week. Nayellys (Dominican) 3 wins with 53 innings pitched Kharime (SF State) 2 wins with 30.1 innings pitched Brooklyn (MJC) has 14 wins and is #1 in CA in strikeouts. Here is a brief update on our High School pitchers: last week and up to today… Kamryn (Calaveras H.S.) had 13 strikeouts against Summerville and 18 Strikeouts against Riverbank. Kam has had 2.14 strikeouts per inning so far this season. Kylie (Atwater H.S.) has 8 wins Kaylee (Enochs H.S.) has 6 wins Maya (Riverbank) has had 2.0 strikeouts per inning and Kylie (Hughson) has had 1.7 strikeouts per inning so far this season. Stars of the Week Nominations are: In the beginner division. Korah Perales (Commotion) Turlock AAA 10U division. Pitched a no-hitter in 4 innings with 2 strikeouts an inning. She hit a personal best 40MPH! Aubree Kwon (Red Rubies) MGSL 10U. Pitched her first live game ever… pitched the whole game in her teams first victory with 8 Strikeouts! Remember “MAKE IT DANCE” and Trust the process! a few of our 2024 college pitchers at the end of the 2024 season *Marissa Bertuccio (Sacramento State) ended her outstanding College Career with over 500 strikeouts and was voted Big Sky Pitcher of the year two times. Marissa was voted to the Big Sky first all conference team 4 times. *Peja Goold- (University of Tenneesee-Chattanogga) was named So Conn Pitcher of the year and all region. Peja pitched in the college Regionals losing to Florida State 3-2. *Randi Roelling- ( Cal Berkley) had one of the best Freshman season any of Jimmy's Pitchers. Randi had victories over 5 teams ,ranked in the top 25 D1 polls last season. Randi lost to Southern Illanois in the college Regionals 3-2. Randi went in the transfer portal and will be pitching for Georgia next season. *Cortney koelmans- (U of Concordia-Irvine) Was named third team All American DII. She was also Pac West pitcher of the year. Our 2023 High School season Update: We had the California Player of the Year, 49er Sac High Player of the year and Modesto Bee All District Player of the Year (Randi Roeling, Central Catholic and Cal Berkley Committed) . 49er Sac High Pitcher of the year (Kailey Estes, Gregory H.S. and Concordia Committed). Manteca Bulletin All- District Player of the Year (Kharime Caratachea, Ripon H.S. , San Franscico State Committed). Manteca Bulletin- All- District Pitcher of the Year (Nayells Torres, Manteca H.S. , Dominican University Committed). We had 26 h.s. pitchers last year in High school. in our colleges we had 24 pitchers compete in 2023 and 0n One weekend we had 5 pitchers on eSPN + TV. Jmmy is one of the few Pitching Instructors that pitched mens fastpitch. jimmy has over 40 years of experience in Performance and Result Teaching. We use three types of Measurement devices to gather information on spin rates, movement, ball flight with the ability compare to our succesful college pitchers . You do not need high spin rates or pitch 60 MPH to pitch college softball! If you are interested in our Performance - Result type of teaching feel free to contact us or signup on the scheduler. We teach all ages... "MAKE IT DANCE' this is what the guys used to say to me when I Pitched. this is what I tell my PITCHERS "MAKE IT DANCE"! Make the ball move! There is so much more than just throwing the Ball... We teach the Student how to Pitch... jimmy is rapsodo certified.
